Travelling to different parts of the world and meeting with various cuisines, having the chance to discover spices and gastronomy led to the point of making our own combination of onion- Karmelada. Achieving to add exactly what was missing.
After trying the taste of Karmelada at our restaurant, some guests expressed desires to “take” it home. That was a milestone in the development of the idea to put it in jars. That is how you can now take it home.
